Too much TV and dessert

So since I am covered in snow, I have been trapped inside with my husband and little munchkins. I have a bad habit of staying up waaaay late when the kids don't have school. I went to bed at 4 am this morning. I just couldnt sleep. But I watched alot of DVR'd shows I haven't been able to watch and watched alot of late night commercials and infomercials and I thought these were bad enough when I first saw these on Good Morning America a while back:
Pajama Jeans.

I am all about comfort. I love me some comfy sweats. Wear a velour tracksuit. Wear a hoodie and sweatpants if you want, I do all the time. But please don't wear pajama jeans. That's all I would do in them. Sleep in them. I think they are ridiculous. And ugly.

So last night I saw an advertisement for this HOT Valentine's present from Pajamagram. Can you imagine how hot you would be if you wore these for your husband?

The Hoodie Footie. It even has thumbholes for your hands. This is not good unless you are a toddler, really. Stick to the Snuggie. It's way better than sleeping and cuddling up with a hooded one piece footie pajama mess. My husband thinks I look my best with no makeup on and sweats (or so he says) but I somehow don't think he would think I looked very desirable in footed pajamas...

Tonight I just made one of my most favorite desserts. And it's the easiest ever to make. My kids LOVE it!
Chocolate Quesadillas!!!
Heat up your frying pan with a little butter. Place a tortilla in the skillet and let it cook a little. Add chocolate chips to one side and flip over like you would a quesadilla. Sprinkle both sides with cinnamon sugar and cook till golden brown but not too crispy. Take out of pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Oh my word yummy!

My kids are really into quesadillas, they would eat them every night if I made them. I sometimes make plain cheese and give them guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. Sometimes I use a rotisserie chicken and shred it up and add cheese and mushrooms.
I also used buffalo chicken strips, pepper jack cheese, and use ranch for dipping. I make these for snacks for Scotty and I sometimes. It's a good game day snack, and so easy.

I am ready for this 60 degree weather we are supposed to start having like really soon. I am really looking forward to spring. This has obviously been a rough winter and the cold weather and being inside alot makes it harder. (At least for me.) I am ready for Spring to plant flowers and go on walks with the kids. I love softball, too and going to Laiken's games. I am just ready to break out my flipflops.

I ALWAYS laugh when I see the pajama jean commercial. I told my husband that even those skinny girls don't look good in them and the commercial says they are great for full figures. PU-LEASE!
