Merry Christmas

I wanted to tell everyone to have a wonderful Christmas. I'm packing up to leave to go to a cabin in the woods with my family. I'm praying for peace and serenity;)

This is where we will be staying..looks peaceful huh? There is no wifi, no cell service, no TV...no twitter, Facebook, or blogging for me!
My kids are not too thrilled they won't be able to watch TV, but we are taking cards and board games, and at the end of the day, I want them to know family is most important and that HE is the reason we celebrate CHRISTmas, not because of a fat man in a red suit.
We do "do" Santa, and I love the traditions, I just think there is too much focus on Santa. I just don't make a huge deal of it.
This will be our last Christmas as a family of five, next year we will be a family of 6! I can't wait to have a sweet baby next Christmas...;)
I wish you all the Merriest Christmas ever!!! You know I will be back Monday with pictures, ha!

Ashley, I am so jealous of you getting to stay in a cabin with NO "frills"! Hubs and I talked of doing this so many times but just hadn't happen YET!

BTW, I am praying for your new baby coming. I had Kelly and her brother by C-section and it wasn't bad at all. In fact, i am so happy Kelly had Hollis by c-section and wish she had of had Harper that way too. I don't believe she would have had all the problems she had when she was first born.

So, don't be afraid. May God give you His peace.
Have a Merry Christmas tomorrow!
Blessings!
