Parade, Laiken, and pearl harbor

Last night we had our Christmas parade. I will say it was disappointing this year, especially since we had to get out in the freezing weather including wet rain/snow! The kids enjoyed it, so that's all that matters. I got no pictures of the kids because they weren't having it!;)
I bundled up!!

Our attempt at a self portrait!

Look at our front yard this morning!! So pretty!!;))

Too bad school wasn't cancelled. :(

The Dr. called about Laiken yesterday and she has got some right lung issues. We will have more testing, but she has right middle lobe syndrome. She has been to school one day since Thanksgiving. I felt bad taking her to the parade last night, she sat on the ground. It's hard for her to stand up. We went to Target yesterday afternoon and she sat down while we were in line. She's not really eating, and she's sleeping a lot. I'm not wanting to send her to school because I don't think she can handle a full day. Please pray for her to get well!!

Also today is Pearl Harbor day. My papa was a pearl harbor survivor and this day is important to me, as we remember these men who survived that awful day and those who lost their lives...

Hope everyone has a great Wednesday!

I'm loving your knit hat in that picture. Too cute!! I'm sorry to hear that L is still doing bad. I can only imagine your worry. Also, that's so amazing about your grandfather! I would be soo proud if he were mine!
